The world’s cheapest and most versatile gadget is … wait for it … the humble cable tie. That’s right; because, apart from their day to day use in the way in which they were intentioned (neatly tying all those unruly cables together of course) cable ties also have myriad other uses you may never have thought of. And when you think you can buy a whole bag load of them for less than the price of a cup of coffee – this makes them by far the most cost-effective gadget out there.

But first a few basics about cable ties. The name actually covers quite a broad range of products from the one that immediately springs to most people’s minds; the simple ridged nylon cable tie with one point end and tiny triangular teeth all along that only slope in one direction so you can lock them onto things – to far more technically demanding products used by electricians, technicians and other professionals in a wide range of settings.

What are the developments about mobile poker games?

First of all, this amazing breakthrough in poker games is a windfall for poker players who are always on the go. These can be attributed to the accessibility of mobile poker facilities and applications. Enthusiasts can play their favorite games for real money regardless of their location.
The dawn of poker friendly technology has brought the game to another dimension and a higher one at that.

Mobile poker gaming may be in its infancy stage but it has a lot of potentials. In fact, top gaming sites have already launched remarkable applications that you can easily download into Internet Operating Systems (IOS), Blackberry and Android.

You can play with real money on various mobile gadgets.

For the iPhone, you can count on several innovations. Many online poker rooms have created mobile poker applications compatible with iPhones. There are a few online poker rooms like Poker Stars, B Win Party Digital Entertainment and Switch Poker. You can also play poker games on an iPad. A much better experience because the device has wider screens and stronger batteries. Because the battery has a longer life, iPod poker is perfect for poker players who desire lengthy cash games and tournaments.

There are few poker sites for Americans that work on a mobile environment, and fewer will work on tablet devices, a reality that makes it hard for the Americans to understand what happens in that area. The reality is Android mobile poker is more accessible compared to iPhone online poker. These are in countries like the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. Another advantage of the Android is the touch screen that facilitates smooth play along with superb graphics which gives it a more realistic experience. It is also available in Blackberry gadgets.
You can also play Windows mobile poker. It may not be as popular as the other gadgets but it also provides a rewarding experience because of the high resolution, impressive touch screen features and very fast processors. Poker players can enjoy multiple mobile poker rooms and apps compatible with Windows. It offers great bonuses and well-paid tournaments.

Play mobile poker especially at this time when almost everything in this world is mobile. Gaming fanatics are lucky that more mobile games are available at this time. Before, there was only Texas HOLD’ EM but now there are Poker Stars, M Fortune, Switch and Red Kings Poker. The case of portability is an advantage. You can play while on the bus, waiting for your flight or sitting at the doctor’s clinic.
Mobile poker gaming is now being referred to as the “wave of the future.”

Players say online poker will grow slowly but continuously and become more prominent within the next few years. Or, it may fall down to nothingness. It all depends on how the present crop of players reacts to developments.

Mobile gambling is also growing constantly and the mobile version of poker will always be a part of this progress. Observers are waiting on the sidelines how governments will react to these changes within the next few years.

Top Mobile Gaming Apps

With the advancement in power and speeds available in mobile phones in recent years, especially with the introduction of smartphones, phones have gone from devices allowing you make and receive phone calls and messages to smaller, more mobile computers. There is almost nothing that you are unable to do on your cell phone that you can do on your laptop these days, and this has led to a massive amount of apps, games and mobile websites for you to work and relax on the go. Our favourite ways of relaxing on your mobile device are listed below in no particular order.

Flappy Bird

Although this game has been pulled by its creator in recent times due to “it destroyed my simple life” as Nguyen Ha Dong said on Twitter, it is a fantastically addictive game that sees players have to tap the screen to flap the wings of their bird to navigate through the gaps in the Mario-esque tubes. The game was downloaded more than 50 million times from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store before being pulled and it has spawned numerous copied versions, so those new to the game can still try a version of it.

The joy of the game is that simple to pick up and play, but frustrating to master and get any sort of rhythm and, as such, high scoring going. Despite this, it is still a game I’m struggling to put down on my commute to work!

Angry Birds

Another bird featured game that has gained massive popularity since its creation and release late in 2009 is Angry Birds. It has spread from the iPhone to all smartphones and can be played in your browser too, with a film being released in 2016. The game, and its myriad of sequels, have been downloaded over two billion times and have been described as “the largest mobile app success the world has seen so far”.

The premise, again, is simple in that you must fling your angry birds from a slingshot to destroy buildings and the evil pigs on the battlefield. The fewer birds used, the higher your score. It is another devilishly simple and massively addictive game that cannot be put down once started.

Gambling Apps

As a massive online gaming junkie, I regularly play poker and bingo as well as casino and slot games in my free time on my laptop in the evenings and at weekends. Thanks to the speeds of both smartphones and mobile connections increasing in recent years it is now possible to play all of these games on your mobile device while on the go as long as you have stable connection.

There are many different versions of mobile apps and specifically designed mobile friendly websites available for all aspects of online gaming. Of all the games that you are able to play, I love the ability to play free online bingo games at Butlers on my mobile devices as the quick games allow several games while commuting, although I do switch it up on longer journeys with either poker or a long session of online slot games played on my iPhone.

Candy Crush

After being released in early 2012 on Facebook, it did not take long for this simple game of connecting three of the same candy together to release them from the board to help complete a set task to migrate to smartphones and become an even bigger worldwide phenomenon. It could even be up to get listed on the New York Stock Exchange!

As of the end of last year, Candy Crush has been downloaded more than half a billion times and it’s Facebook page has more than 61 million likes. Everyone is playing it and it is certainly as addictive and challenging, infuriatingly so, as the other games that fill my commute with a combination of fist pumps and expletives! If none of these tickle your fancy try Weather Doodle!
