Using drones in farming

This video illustrates some of the fascinating uses for drone technology in the business world. The primary example involves farming, as farmers can now get information about the status of their fields much more quickly and efficiently using drones with sensors as opposed to engaging an expensive helicopter. With more data, farmers can optimize the yields from their fields.

Drones will revolutionize so many businesses, and the possibilities are staggering. Another example cited in the video involves insurance, where drones can be used to quickly and efficiently asses real estate damage.

The company cited in this video is DroneDeploy, which offers software to help analyze the data captured by drones.
